Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped to addresses within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order to understand the processing and shipping times for your order.

1. Order Processing (Shipping) Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is successfully placed and your payment is verified.

"Processing" includes: order review, payment clearance, product quality inspection, packaging, and applying shipping labels.

Please note: The above timeframes do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays in EU countries. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, the estimated shipping and final delivery time is 20-40 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate; actual delivery time may be longer due to the following factors:

Customs Clearance Process: All packages entering the EU must undergo customs inspection. Customs clearance times depend on the efficiency of the customs authorities in the destination country, which is generally beyond our control and may cause delays.

Shipping times may vary depending on the logistics partners we use.

Seasonal Peaks: During holidays (such as Christmas), shipping and customs processing may experience widespread delays.

Force Majeure: Unforeseen events such as severe weather and strikes.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping service and the weight and volume of the items in your shopping cart.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and value-added tax (VAT) in the destination country. These taxes are the responsibility of the consignee and will be collected by the logistics company upon customs clearance at the destination country. Paying these taxes is the consignee's legal obligation to ensure successful customs clearance. ALBAVENTURERB INC has no control over or foreseeable impact on these charges.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a tracking link.

You can use this tracking number to track the real-time status of your package on the logistics carrier's official website.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one signs for it, it will be returned to our shipping warehouse.

In this case, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply. If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded, but the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
