All original labels and tags must be intact and retained.
The original packaging is intact.
All accessories, manuals, etc. that came with the product are complete.
Please provide proof of purchase (such as your order number).
Important Note: According to EU directives, we reserve the right to claim compensation from customers if the value of goods has diminished due to mishandling. This means that if you return an item with obvious signs of use or damage, we may not be able to provide a full refund.
III. Refund Process and Timeline

Returning Goods: We will provide you with a return address and instructions. You will be responsible for the direct shipping costs of the returned goods.

We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We will not charge any fees for this refund unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method.
Important: If you choose a return method other than standard postage, which is more expensive, you will be responsible for the additional costs.

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, to change the size or color), please contact us first by email. We will guide you through returning the original item (following the cancellation process outlined above for a refund) and then reordering your new item.
V. Defective Product Handling
If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, your statutory rights are not limited by the 14-day cancellation period. We will then offer a repair, exchange, or refund under the EU warranty.
